- 200mg of Hops Extract (standardised to 200mcg of Hopein) which may support the relief of hot flushes and excessive sweating.
- 50mg of Soy extract - Soy is regarded as the best dietary source of phytoestrogens available, supplying generous quantities of the potent oestrogenic compound genistein amongst others.
- Bioactive prenylflavonoids (derived from hops) provided as active aglycones, which are not bound to sugars so can immediately be absorbed in the body.
- Just one capsule required daily.
