Bio-Carotene contains 9mg of Beta Carotene per capsule and is manufactured in an oil matrix to keep it stable and to ensure good bioavailability. Beta Carotene is converted by the body into vitamin A (retinol). Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal immunity, vision, skin and mucous membranes.

Directions:
1 capsule per day or as recommended by a physician. To be taken after food. Do not exceed recommended amount. Should not be taken by heavy smokers.
