Directions
It’s best to take your capsules with meals to help your body absorb them. This can also help some people with sensitive stomachs avoid any ‘disturbances’.
If you’re in perimenopause or older, new research suggests that splitting your dose across the day can help reduce inflammation. So you could take one capsule with lunch and one with dinner. Otherwise, just take 2 at any meal that means you’ll remember. Our founder sets the dinner table with them.
